Past Projects

Computational Modeling of Classical Conditioning in Fruit Flies Using Cybernetic Automata

This project explores how fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) form odor-associated avoidance memories by using a cybernetic automaton model—a mathematical system that adapts through feedback. By replicating behavioral neuroscience protocols computationally, the project aims to reduce reliance on live animal testing while offering a scalable, mechanistic perspective on learning and memory.

NexaHealth

Developed during the Avalanche Team 1 x Foundry Start-Up In a Weekend Hackathon. It is a tool that provides instant medical assessment and clear directions for care, utilizing a blockchain-powered feature. This "Avax" protocol uses your own medical data as a unique identifier without requiring your login credentials. Our Health Interpreter can analyze a picture of your wound and give you a quick, personalized assessment. Next, we also have our Triage Bot, where you enter your symptoms, and it translates them into a clear medical description. From there, the system estimates your risk level and categorizes your case into sick visit, urgent care, emergency room, or trauma center. Finally, the system directs you to the nearest appropriate medical center.

Pizza Map

Pizza Map is an interactive web project that showcases some of the best pizza spots across the United States. The project is inspired by the famous pizza reviews of Dave Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, who has reviewed over 1,000 pizza shops nationwide. The website offers an engaging experience where users can explore different pizza locations through an interactive map, view Dave’s ratings, and share their own feedback on each shop.

Pop Squad - Web Game

Pop Squad 2077 is an interactive web adaptation inspired by Paolo Bacigalupi’s short story “Pop Squad.” Built with TypeScript and CSS, this project reimagines the story’s dystopian world for a digital format, combining literature and web interactivity. The user experiences the moral journey of a young enforcement officer in a future where immortality is legal but childbirth is forbidden. Through player choice, the narrative explores themes of ethics, memory, and emotional transformation.

EcoDragon Quest

Designed to combat health issues caused by air pollution and campus waste at Drexel University. By gamifying recycling, the app encourages students to reduce waste, improve air quality, and enhance physical and mental well-being. Built for the Dragon Hack hackathon (Medical Track + Social Impact), it addresses respiratory issues (e.g., asthma, allergies), infections from litter, and stress from polluted campuses through engaging features like points, badges, health feedback, and AI-driven education.

MindEd

Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team of developers and designers to create MindEd, an AI-driven platform that simulates and classifies human brainwave patterns into mental states such as focused, relaxed, and anxious. Our goal was to make neuroscience concepts more interactive and accessible through technology.

SMART Inventory Management System

Developed an AI and Object Detection-based Smart Inventory Management System for 🚀Philly CodeFest 25, designed to streamline inventory tracking, reduce manual errors, and optimize stock management. This project challenged me to integrate computer vision, AI-driven automation, reinforcing the importance of efficient inventory control in various industries.

Informational Website For Carbon Footprint Calculator

I created this informational website during the 2023 Hub & Hack Hackathon Coding Competition for the carbon footprint Calculator project. I was awarded for the development of a carbon footprint calculator incorporated by the research paper website, Object Detection Model, and (OpenAI) Chatbot under the “Sustainable Lifestyle” Theme in the 2023 Code Olympiad Competition Software Development.

Myanmar Map

This project is intended for aesthetically pleasing map of Myanmar, wehre I am originally from. You can hover and know the state or division of Myanmar.

Exchange Calculator

You can convert one currency to another currency based on static data of currency exchange.

IOS UI Calculator

I recreated the regular Calculator application of IOS.

Moms Cupcakes

I developed this website along with my partner, UIUIX designer as a paired programming during CI-101 project at Drexel

Tic Tac Toe

Users can play Tic Tac Toe and know results of winning, losing, or drawing.

Virtual Pet

This project is the final project of CS-164 Introduction to Computer Science at Drexel. You can hover the first image of my pet, Dog, and click on continuing my Virtual Pet Game Project.

Figma

I design and create a prototype of a project ahead of actually developing the project. This is oen of my sample prototype on Figma.

About me

Research Focus

I am a Computer Science student with a research focus on machine learning systems informed by cognitive science and neuroscience. My work explores how learning, memory, and feedback-driven adaptation can be modeled computationally to better understand both biological intelligence and artificial systems. Through research in computational cognitive neuroscience and bio-inspired learning models, I am particularly interested in developing interpretable and efficient AI methods that reflect structured aspects of human cognition.

Technical Background

I have experience designing and implementing end-to-end research pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, alongside modern web technologies for data collection and visualization. My projects include multimodal vision–language modeling, reinforcement learning–inspired simulations, and large-scale data analysis in neuroscience. I am comfortable working across the full stack of research development, from experimental design and data processing to model evaluation and reproducibility-focused tooling.

Leadership & Professional Goals

Beyond research, I am actively involved in academic and student leadership. I serve as President of the Drexel Society of Computational Cognitive Neuroscience and participate in undergraduate student government, where I help advocate for research access and interdisciplinary collaboration. I value open science and community-driven research, and I am motivated by projects that make advanced AI tools more transparent and accessible. Long term, I hope to contribute to open AI ecosystems that bridge computer science with cognitive and behavioral sciences, enabling collaboration across disciplines and institutions.
